FAQ’s & Policies
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class starting to allow time for you to get settled and become acquainted with the xformer. **If you arrive AT or AFTER the start time of class, you may be asked to reschedule for safety reasons.
Grip socks are required to be worn during every class for the safety and hygiene of our clients. (Don’t worry, if you don’t have any, we have plenty available for purchase!) We also recommend bringing water so you can stay hydrated during class. Sweat towels are available in the studio for no additional charge.
Cancellations must be made within 8 hours of the scheduled class. If you cancel inside of the 8-hour window, this will be considered a “late cancel,” and will result in a $15 fee. (This includes switching class times within that 8-hour window.) Class credits will go back to all packages and memberships, with the exception of monthly unlimited and 2 weeks unlimited. Classes should be cancelled via the app or on our website. Please do not call to cancel.
For auto renew memberships only— you may freeze your account one time per calendar year for up to 30 consecutive days. Please email us at info@ignitepilatestx.com in order to request a freeze.
Monthly unlimited memberships and 2 weeks unlimited memberships will incur a $25 fee for “no shows,” no exceptions.
All other class packages and memberships will lose their class credit for a no show, but will not incur a fee.
We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances can arise. However, in fairness to all of our clients, we kindly ask that you respect and adhere to our policies.
We all run into snags. Here at Ignite, we do not believe in giving up your spot that YOU paid for, even if you’re running a few behind. However, if it is your FIRST class, and you show up at or after the start time of class, the instructor reserves the right to ask you to reschedule if it is a distraction to the class, or if safety is a concern. We appreciate your understanding.
All classes, packages, and memberships are nonrefundable.
The waitlist moves, so be ready! If a spot opens up in the class, you will automatically be added to the class according to the order you joined, up to ONE HOUR before the class start time. You will be notified of this by text and/or email, depending on your preferences setting, so please be sure to keep notifications on.
If you no longer wish to be added to the class off of the waitlist, please be sure to remove yourself from it so that you are not charged a late cancellation fee, as calls and e-mails will not be accepted. This includes early morning classes.
If you are added to the class, and your are outside of the 8 hour cancellation window, please be sure to cancel in order to avoid a late cancel fee.
